First Forum on “Audiovisual Services in the EPA:
Opportunities and Challenges in the National Sector”
Santo Domingo, July 28, 2010
The Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE),
in coordination with the Office of Foreign Commerce and Administration of
Commercial Treaties (DICOEX) of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the
Federation of European Chambers of Commerce of the Dominican Republic, DIGECOOM,
the Caribbean Export Development Agency and Program for Institutional Support
for Regional Integration cordially invites you to the First Forum on
“Audiovisual Services in the EPA: Opportunities and Challenges in the National
Sector.”
The objective of this meeting is to raise consciousness among the national
sector on the implications the EPA holds for the national audiovisual industry
and the need to eradicate the deficiencies they currently face with the idea of
taking advantage of the stated Agreement.
The Forum will be held on Thursday July 29, 2010 from 9:00 am
to 5:00 pm at the FUNGLODE headquarters at 26 Capitán Eugenio de Marchena St.,
La Esperilla.
The topics to be discussed at the event will include:

The EPA: Benefits and challenges for the DR. The need to
consolidate the sector
